Customer Support Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers with professionalism and warmth
  • Deliver effective service by clarifying rental conditions, vehicle specifications, and supplementary services
  • Provide guidance on directions, local attractions, and service information
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications regarding reservations and customer questions
  • Evaluate the condition of rental vehicles upon their return
  • Alert management to any customer or vehicle-related concerns
  • Engage in continuous training and skill enhancement opportunities
