Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and directing visitors as needed.
  • Facilitate the proper delivery of cargo while adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Update hazardous information in the Terminal Operating System (TOS) and release Hazardous cargo to vessels in compliance with Hazmat regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate degree or above in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Hazardous certified and VSO/FSO, CTL, CPE designation (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation-related business (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, employee assistance program, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, supplemental parental leave, jury duty, and bereavement leave.
