Job Description:

The Document Control Specialist is an Admin Support role working with internal compliance teams to verify the legality of documentation provided by vendors and other partners with the company.

Support all aspects of vendor documentation review, email communication, data entry, Oracle process, etc. Some documentation will be physical forms, while also working with digital copies as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication across several systems, using emails, phone, and Microsoft teams.
  • Analyze incoming documentation to ensure it is in line with company requirements.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of project working files and final records as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Identify improvements to general compliance processes and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Oracle processes
  • Document verification
