Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide assistance with customer service inquiries.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the KCX cash register system.
  • Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
  • Assist with receiving freight and organizing incoming products.
  • Participate in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Handle customer returns and exchanges in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
