Administrative Specialist

**About the Job:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator/Coordinator to join our team at Advanced Facility Solutions LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of construction projects.
**Responsibilities:
- Manage appointments and maintain a detailed calendar of events
- Coordinate with trade contractors and suppliers to ensure project progress
- Organize meetings, take precise minutes, and assist with writing emails, memos, contracts, change orders, and AIA documents
- Contribute to the production of company reports to support decision-making processes
- Maintain an efficient electronic filing system for easy document retrieval
**Requirements:*
- Proven experience in construction administration within a variety of trades including carpentry, flooring, drywall, millwork, paint, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, sprinkler systems, site civil work, concrete, masonry, and steel
- Previous role as a Construction Administrator/Coordinator or related position in the construction industry
- Proficiency in operating standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Advanced computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Editor, and MS Project
- Exceptional organizational abilities with strong time management skills to effectively prioritize multiple projects
