Job Description

The Lube Technician is a key member of our team, responsible for providing top-notch maintenance services to our customers. As a Lube Technician, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance services and inspections on Komatsu equipment and other Modern Machinery affiliated product lines.
  • Travel to customer job sites to provide maintenance services and ensure that equipment is running smoothly.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Manage time effectively to minimize machine downtime and ensure that customers receive timely service.
  • Complete and submit work order reports, time entry, and other paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Valid class A/B CDL and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work well independently or with others in a team environment.
  • Customer service experience and ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work overtime with minimal notice if required.
