The role of this position will evolve into a full-time line technician position based on individual performance and meeting the high demand for service work in the local market due to growth from new industries and a rapidly expanding population in our area.

Al Willeford Chevrolet is a company that promotes longevity through a quality work-life balance, but operates in a growing and busy area that ensures a high volume of work, resulting in a better-than-average income.

This role is critical to the organization to develop technicians to meet the demand due to the growth in the market area we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer vehicles on and off lifts
  • Change oil and filters
  • Perform multipoint inspections on a daily basis
  • Shadow and assist line technicians as needed while gaining experience with hands-on training
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have at least one year of experience as a lube technician or mechanics helper, but we will train the right mechanically-minded candidate
