About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Analyst to join our team at Christus Health. As an Epic Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing our healthcare applications to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to our Epic system, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionality, improving the overall user experience.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Epic system configuration, including relationships between infrastructure and user impact.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to service requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with new releases and functionality, evaluating and implementing changes to improve system performance and user experience.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of process and requirement analysis, including process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and specification gathering.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop approaches and solutions, mentoring and training junior team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare, business, or information systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in Epic system configuration and technical support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Ability to adjust to and implement change, with a strong focus on continuous learning and professional development.
