Position Overview:

The Senior Epic Systems Analyst plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of essential applications within our organization. This position requires collaboration with end-users, operational leaders, and vendors to design, enhance, and support designated applications. As a Senior Analyst, you will be tasked with evaluating business needs, conducting application testing, and executing projects of medium to high complexity.

  • Evaluate, develop, test, document, implement, and support designated applications to fulfill operational requirements
  • Independently lead quality assurance and testing efforts
  • Exhibit advanced application knowledge and innovative problem-solving abilities
  • Engage with stakeholders and nurture customer relationships
  • Provide strategic insights and make informed decisions
  • Comply with system configuration standards and change management protocols
  • Foster strong relationships with end-users and business partners
  • Share industry best practices with operational leaders
  • Act as a bridge between business operations, IT, system users, and vendors
  • Continuously enhance skills and maintain positive team dynamics
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve incidents and requests
  • Manage medium to large-scale projects with autonomy
  • Ensure services contribute to departmental success
  • May require travel and on-call availability
  • Assist in training sessions for users and colleagues
  • Proactively identify opportunities and plan projects
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or information systems
  • Ability to effectively present data, adapt to change, and resolve issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and strong multitasking capabilities
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Relevant certifications are preferred
  • For Epic Analysts: Certified or proficient in the assigned Epic module
