About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Analyst to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As an Epic Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing our assigned applications in a timely and high-quality manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and develop solutions to complex business issues and workflows
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide application support and optimization
  • Work closely with the Service Desk to assist in responding to service requests
  • Design, configure, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet operational and technical requirements
  • Lead and evaluate process and requirements analysis, including process mapping and stakeholder analysis
  • Develop strong and positive relationships with client management at all levels
  • Contribute to strategy discussions and propose technical solutions for multifarious design and configuration needs
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems
  • Excellent customer service skills and highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills in managing multiple priorities and ability to adjust to and implement change
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
