FAMILY ASSISTANCE SPECIALIST

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Family Assistance Specialist to join our team at YoungWilliams PC. This role involves working with customers to determine their service needs and identifying legal issues, while also preparing cases and documents for review and approval.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 and $75,000, depending on experience. Our company offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

  • Monitors cases for delinquencies and modifications and takes enforcement actions, as appropriate.
  • Records in the automated and/or hard copy case file all necessary information related to the establishment and/or enforcement of a child support obligation.
  • Maintains confidentiality and security of case information.

Requirements:

An associate's degree in a related field or relevant years of experience.

At least two years of experience in human services as a case manager, preferably in child support enforcement or collections.
