The role of Senior Commercial Sales Representative focuses on delivering ongoing assistance to Commercial clients and loan system functionalities, acting as the main liaison for Relationship Teams concerning designated accounts.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary and effective service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Evaluate transaction frameworks
  • Facilitate customer service assistance
  • Offer administrative support to Relationship Managers
  • Assist Relationship Managers in finalizing loans and assembling closing documentation
  • Manage financial statement support activities, including the uploading and tracking of statements
  • Execute payment processing, advances, wire transfers, and adjustments to credit lines

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of pertinent experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending products, credit regulations, and legal frameworks
  • Proficient in commercial lending processes and system functionalities
  • Exceptional customer service, analytical, and organizational capabilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC applications and Relationship Team systems
  • Adept at multitasking and quick learning
