Nursing Department Manager

- Responsible for the quality of clinical operations, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
- Serve as a clinical operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and mentor staff to achieve top-of-license practice.
- Assist with nurse staffing, including performance evaluations, interviews, and orientation of nurses.
- A competitive hourly rate of $50.00.

- On-call availability is required.
