Position Overview: Elevate your nursing career as a Nursing Operations Manager, where you will assist the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and effective nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a clinical operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.
- Oversee the quality of clinical operations within nursing units, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop, allocate, and manage the nursing department budget.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentor staff to maximize their professional practice.
- Assist with nurse staffing processes, including performance evaluations, interviews, and orientation of nursing staff.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience; at least 2 years in nursing supervision within a long-term care environment is required.
- Knowledge of the MDS process, state nurse practice acts, and state and federal regulations is essential.
- On-call availability is required.
Position Type: Full Time
Pay Target: $50.00 per hour
