We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining financial models driven by metrics for forecasting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor performance through the utilization of financial systems and business intelligence tools.
  • Create and deliver analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to the Executive team to aid in crucial decision-making.
  • Foster continuous learning and improvement within the team, providing leadership and development opportunities for direct reports.
  • Uphold adherence to internal policies and promote sound financial planning through ongoing analyses and reporting throughout the organization and its staff.

Requirements:

  • Nonprofit experience with exposure to grants processing and familiarity with OSF's entity.
  • Management experience with a team of 5.
  • International leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Net Suite, Concur, and various Sales force.
  • CPA or equivalent desired.
