Responsibilities and Requirements

We're seeking a highly experienced Director of FP&A to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and overseeing comprehensive financial analysis to inform business decisions
  • Serving as a strategic business partner to key stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to drive growth and profitability
  • Drive operational efficiencies by identifying areas for cost optimization and implementing process improvements
  • Creating and managing financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management, investors, and banks
  • Defining key performance indicators and developing audience-specific reports to drive business outcomes
  • Managing expense budgets for various departments and developing cash flow forecasts and long-term financial models
  • Building and maintaining market and product profitability analysis and reporting
  • Partnering with our Chief Strategy Office on M&A and business development initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of relevant FP&A experience, with a strong track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with a ability to develop strong working relationships with senior management
  • Advanced financial modeling experience and a strong understanding of financial applications, including Excel and Intacct
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with a ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
  • Prior management experience, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on detail-oriented approach, with a ability to immerse yourself in all aspects of the finance function
Education and Certifications

We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with an MBA and/or CPA highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
