Job Title: Medical Practitioner

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in the Internal Medicine Department at WCS Healthcare Partners' affiliate medical group in Stony Brook, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage patient care according to each patient's needs.
  • Interview patients and record their medical history and physical condition.
  • Obtain patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
  • Provide routine care for patients; observe patients' health; assist with patient comfort.
  • Assist physicians and registered nurses; prepare specimens for lab courier.
  • Provide wound care; prepare and administer injections and/or enemas; monitor catheters.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm role with no weekends. Our team provides excellent patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 based on national averages for LPNs in New York. WCS Healthcare Partners offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
