Job Title: Lead Product Manager, Employee Design

McKesson is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Manager, Employee Design to join our team. As a key member of our HR organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of employee experience initiatives and HR processes that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement employee experience strategies that improve ways of working, productivity, and retention.
  • Own the strategy and management of multiple key HR products and projects designed to improve the experience for our employees.
  • Partner with peers to gather employee feedback to identify gaps and measure our success.
  • Establish and apply guidelines for the use of design technology tools in the EX arena (e.g., design thinking, journey mapping, process mapping).
  • Establish strong working relationships between design technology organization and HR, prioritizing initiatives based on employee impact.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in large HR organization, preferably working in both COE and HRBP functions.
  • Experience in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
  • Proven skill in leading cross-functional, high-impact projects and initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
  • Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience.
  • Change Management Practitioner certification or equivalent experience.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Master's degree in related field, preferred.
