Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Cook Children's Health Care System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and nurse practitioners to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide ambulatory nursing care to patients and families in a clinic setting
- Conduct patient and family focused assessments, interventions, and education
- Perform daily clinical duties according to established policy and procedure
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing
- Current license to practice vocational nursing in the State of Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year pediatric nursing experience in a clinic or office setting
