Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide direct patient care and act as a liaison to patients, family members, and support departments.
  • Monitor clinical services to ensure quality improvement, care planning, and clinical utilization.
  • Manage the rehabilitation department, focusing on quality improvement, care planning, and clinical utilization.
  • Hire, orient, develop, and support all staff members.
  • Develop and implement programs tailored to our patient population.
  • Integrate sensory therapy into our rehabilitation services.

Qualifications:

  • Current PT, OT License in Colorado.
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience and 1 year of management experience preferred.
  • Experience with therapy for Part B.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems effectively.
  • Thorough knowledge of state practice acts.
  • Ability to positively interact with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies.
  • Effective staff management and motivation skills.
