Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a supportive culture within the school, fostering positive relationships with staff, families, and children.
  • Cultivate a safe and healthy environment, adhering to our rigorous health and safety standards.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each position within the school, enabling you to provide exceptional support and inspiration to our team members.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in the Director's absence, ensuring seamless operation of the school.
  • Collaborate with the Director to drive maximum enrollment and effective cost control.

Requirements:
  • A strong commitment to building relationships with families and the community.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent teaching experience.
  • Director Qualifications or ECT 3.0 Level 3 or higher.
  • Experience leading a childcare center or preschool, with a strong background in Primrose teaching methods.
