We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Process Specialist to join our team at ISC Constructors, LLC. As a key member of our process engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support on process engineering and process safety endeavors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model unit operations in simulation software to optimize process efficiency
  • Perform hydraulic calculations to ensure safe and reliable process operations
  • Conduct Material & Energy Balance calculations to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop Process Flow Diagrams and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams to visualize process operations
  • Support the preparation of Equipment and Instrumentation Specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Perform Relief Device Sizing calculations to ensure process safety
  • Model release events in dispersion modeling software to predict potential environmental impacts
  • Support and facilitate Process Hazard Analysis meetings to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Lead process engineering activities within multi-discipline engineering projects to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support all engineering phases from concept to construction for new and expansion projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion
  • Support capital cost estimates for projects to ensure accurate budgeting
  • Communicate effectively with ISC team members and client representatives to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification preferred
