Position Overview
In partnership with the ASC leadership team, the Clinical Quality Improvement Educator is responsible for the development and delivery of educational programs that enhance the quality of nursing services across all facilities. This role involves the strategic planning, organization, and execution of staff training, competency assessments, and ongoing education within the department.

Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or in progress (to be completed within 3 years from the date of hire) from an accredited institution.
- Current Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the relevant specialty area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
