  • Oversee and guide Punch Carpenters and Laborers
  • Foster relationships with building officials and inspectors
  • Assess project risks and provide strategic recommendations
  • Evaluate subcontractors' performance for quality assurance and compliance
  • Compile punch lists and ensure all tasks are completed satisfactorily
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
