Manufacturing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Associate to support our manufacturing team at PrideStaff. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from defects.
Package finished products for shipping or storage, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Move materials to and from production areas using forklifts, hand trucks, and other equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
Clean and maintain work areas and equipment, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met and team performance is optimized.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but not necessary.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Basic math and reading skills, with the ability to follow instructions and understand production processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience, with a pay range of $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. Benefits include competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive work environment.
