FMC Ice Sports is seeking a skilled Facility Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining our facilities to ensure they are clean, safe, and healthy for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and secure facility
  • Make and maintain ice surface
  • Maintain arena facilities
  • Clean facilities on a regular basis
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or operations role
  • Knowledge of ice rink operations and maintenance
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
Compensation:

Starting at $18/hour, dependent on experience and skill level
