At eRichards Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret and evaluate telephone inquiries related to the functional operation of our application, hardware, and software products.
- Resolve issues by utilizing internally produced knowledge articles, the internet, or seeking advice from peers.
- Escalate issues to next level support when the solution is unknown or cannot be found within defined timeframes.
- Provide high-quality, accurate, and time-sensitive service to our customers in a high-volume help desk call center environment.
- Utilize strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to efficiently and effectively identify and resolve issues.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service soft skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with all support areas.
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
