About the Role

This is a critical position that will play a key role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights. As a Senior Manager, People Data Analytics, you will be responsible for managing, creating, and enhancing Insmed's HR data analytics, reporting, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive reporting strategies aligned with business objectives and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Lead data collection and analysis of Federal and State reporting requirements.
  • Design and develop flexible, scalable, business-facing reporting solutions across various HR systems.
  • Partner closely with leaders from HR and across the business to understand analytics needs or gaps.
  • Interpret data and provide insights to drive action.
  • Manage ad-hoc HR reporting requests from across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in metrics/reporting role, with a minimum of 3 years experience using Workday.
  • Primary experience in developing and delivering dashboards, visualizations, and reporting to customers.
  • Workday Pro Reporting Certification is strongly preferred.
