**Job Summary:**

The unit secretary provides administrative support to the clinic staff, greets and assists patients with their appointments, and ensures patients' charts are in order in accordance with Medicare and company policies and procedures.

**Schedule:**

Full-time, five 8-hour shifts starting at 8:00am

**Compensation:**

Pay range from $23-$26 per hour, depending on experience

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide administrative support to the clinic staff
* Greet and assist patients with their appointments
* Ensure patients' charts are in order in accordance with Medicare and company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
* Strong communication and organizational skills
