Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects focused on change management, instructional design, and communication strategies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in Global Commercial Operations to gain insights into new or refined processes.
  • Utilize the Prosci change management framework to craft essential plans addressing communication, training, management, and sponsorship to mitigate resistance and ensure effective implementation.
  • Propose innovative solutions to enhance the success of process improvement initiatives.
  • Create comprehensive communication materials to promote awareness and enthusiasm regarding process changes across all organizational levels.
  • Design engaging training resources, including eLearning modules, assessments, and instructor-led training sessions, while evaluating their effectiveness using established measurement tools.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fields such as Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Life Sciences, or Clinical Diagnosis. An MBA is advantageous.
  • Experience: Over 9 years of demonstrated success in facilitating process improvement initiatives within a dynamic, matrixed environment. Experience in Field Service or Customer Support is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Experience in a matrixed organization, effectively engaging with diverse levels of personnel and fostering collaborative decision-making.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend complex concepts and present them in a clear, concise manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Results-oriented team player with exceptional time management skills, capable of multitasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, data manipulation, and communication management.
