Position Summary

This role supports the team in fulfilling the responsibilities of the Early Stage Development and Testing Finance and Accounting department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll processing for multiple domestic locations using ADP.
  • Manage payroll reporting, master data, and audit requests.
  • Conduct month-end closing activities, including recurring journal entries, allocation journal entries, prepaid amortization, accrual journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Administer the general ledger chart of accounts.
  • Handle corporate and purchasing card applications and transactions.
  • Act as Concur administrator.
  • Manage master data for accounts payable vendors and accounts receivable clients.
  • Deliver quarterly reporting requirements.
  • Support year-end audit processes.
  • Perform additional accounting duties and projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ADP is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Concur is preferred.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent education/experience is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is also required.
