We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a full-time days position working 3-12 hour shifts, every third weekend.

Job Summary:

The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with the multidisciplinary care team to provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established policies and procedures of the healthcare organization.

About the Role:

This position requires a licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience in providing direct patient care, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A valid Registered Nurse license from the state of Indiana.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
