Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee activities of workers and construction needs for all phases of the project.
- Understand project requirements, including contract documents (plans and specifications), and ensure compliance.
- Manage and coordinate activities to maintain the project schedule, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
- Conduct continuous inspections and observations to ensure conformity with project requirements.
- Represent the company in interactions with clients, ensuring professional and honest communication.
- Proactively identify and resolve conflicts, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
- Physical ability to work long hours, lift up to 80 pounds, and have good vision and hearing.
- Specialized courses in design, building codes, site control, inspection procedures, safety, and scheduling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, time management, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, leadership, and motivation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of construction procedures, practices, methods, equipment, materials, tools, precautions, and utilities.
