Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant I to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and contributing to the development of financial analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
  • Perform ongoing accounting for derivatives and treasury transactions.
  • Assist with analyzing financial statements and explaining variances.
  • Maintain the control environment and ensure the integrity of financial information.
  • Contribute to the development of financial analysis and insights, including identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Develop and document sound, consistent, and sustainable processes and controls for various functional areas of responsibility.
  • Contribute to department and organization special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of related experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, develop, and implement process improvements.
  • Experience with SAP, BPC, BI, or similar systems required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing and fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as CPA or CMA.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
