Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, including RN care managers, medical social workers, and support staff
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and administrative leaders to ensure program effectiveness and completion of clinical payer reviews
  • Leverage data analytics to enhance patient care management and optimize resource utilization
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes professional development and accountability
  • Drive improvement initiatives and facilitate problem-solving within the organization
  • Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare and three years in a managerial role required
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline and active clinical licensure
