Key Responsibilities
  • Tire Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair, rotate, and inflate tires, as well as attach and rebalance wheels.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate equipment, including tire changers, lifts, and other machinery.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking tires, wheels, and other products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Frequent lifting of weights between 35-75 pounds, frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.
