Job Title: Brake & Alignment Technician

Les Schwab Tire Center is seeking a skilled Brake & Alignment Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to perform brake and alignment services on vehicles. As a Brake & Alignment Technician, you will be responsible for installing and servicing brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and ensuring work is completed according to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install or service hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components
  • Test and install batteries
  • Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and replace, rebuild, and/or recalibrate TPMS components
  • Use equipment and miscellaneous hand tools
  • Assist other employees
  • Test drive vehicles
  • Operate service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment
  • Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing
