Production Line Team Member

Job Summary
This role is a key part of our manufacturing team, requiring a versatile individual who can perform a variety of tasks and duties as needed. The successful candidate will be able to work any shift, including overtime and weekends, and must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, and work in confined spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure production lines are stocked with packaging materials
- Operate production lines during breaks and lunches
- Provide support to line operators as needed
- Fill out necessary paperwork
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of packaging equipment
- Have knowledge of basic operation of equipment on line
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent - REQUIRED & VERIFIED
Related Experience: Previous relevant experience preferred, but not required
Equipment/Software Skills: Basic computer knowledge - data entry
Competencies
- Participate in efficiency and safety improvement teams
- Learn and follow written rules and procedures
- Produce accurate documentation
- Maintain acceptable attendance
- Be willing and able to learn various positions
- Filling in when needed in temporary/permanent vacancies
