About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Account Executive to join our team at SHI International Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for forging strong business relationships with public sector entities, including school districts and municipal bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough account profiling through cold calling and strategic prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships within your designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives and aligning our technology solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering timely and accurate quotes, managing order placements, and expanding existing active buying accounts.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly activity targets, including monthly meetings, pipeline additions, and regular dials and talk time.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to ensure a cohesive sales approach and provide top-tier customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clearly articulating a product's value proposition and negotiating effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers using active listening skills, empathy, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Drive to meet or exceed sales targets and a self-motivated, proactive approach.
