The Beverage Operations Coordinator will oversee the management of all Food & Beverage activities, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. This role involves supervising the team and maintaining high standards in service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage all aspects of Food & Beverage operations.
  • Recruit, train, and schedule team members to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate pricing and manage the POS systems to reflect current offerings.
  • Implement efficient ordering processes to enhance cash management.
  • Engage with vendors to evaluate and recommend products.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to meet budgetary goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist patrons as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and concession areas.
  • Oversee food safety protocols, including temperature checks and proper food handling.
  • Assist with event setups and rentals, ensuring a positive experience for guests.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
  • Experience with cash handling and customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.

Working Environment

This position may require occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs and exposure to various weather conditions. The role involves working with cleaning chemicals, necessitating careful handling.
