We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Kenean Healthcare LLC.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to provide support and care to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Fostering a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that promotes independence and well-being.
- Encouraging community involvement and participation in activities that enhance quality of life.
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in personal care or a related field.
- A compassionate and caring demeanor that puts individuals at ease.
- The ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Our caregivers earn an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000 based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
