Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As an ABA Therapist, you will provide one-on-one therapy using research-based methods in homes, schools, centers, or communities. Your primary responsibility will be to teach individuals with autism to communicate, play, make friends, and achieve independence while reducing inappropriate behaviors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Some college credits or current enrollment.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties (with or without reasonable accommodations).
