Medical Director for Community Health

About the RoleThis position offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, delivering comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages. As a Family Practice physician, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Duties: Provide direct patient care, including physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of various conditions.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate patient records, complete paperwork, and communicate with colleagues and staff as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with medical assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
Requirements:
- Clinical Expertise: Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine is required; active WA state license and DEA registration are also necessary.
- Skills and Qualifications: Must be comfortable working in high-volume environments, handling multiple patients simultaneously, and adapting to changing situations.
- Experience: Previous experience in community health centers or a similar setting is preferred, but not required.
Benefits and Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
