Key Responsibilities:

1. Call Center Oversight:

  • Manage the daily functions of the leasing call center, ensuring that all leasing inquiries and leads are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to enhance lead conversion rates and fulfill leasing goals.
  • Track call center performance metrics, providing regular updates to upper management.

2. Leasing Assistance:

  • Support the management of all leasing processes, including property showings, application processing, and ensuring timely completion of all documentation.
  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, emphasizing features and advantages to encourage leasing.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at tenant retention, including organizing community events and managing lease renewals.

3. Customer Relations:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with residents.
  • Ensure that all prospective tenants experience outstanding service throughout the leasing journey.

4. Marketing and Outreach:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, including social media initiatives, open houses, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with management and the marketing team to align leasing strategies.
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of all advertisements across various platforms.

5. Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise leasing records, process rental applications, and assist in preparing leasing reports.
  • Compile and submit regular reports on a weekly, daily, and monthly basis.
  • Review phone call recordings to uphold quality standards.

6. Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure adherence to all leasing and fair housing laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and implement them to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness.

7. Team Development:

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of leasing agents, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that inspires the team to achieve their objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in leasing or property management is required, with at least 3-5 years in call center management and leasing roles. A minimum of 3+ years as a Regional Manager in Multifamily is preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with YARDI property management software is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with property management software.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.

Work Environment:

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional extended hours as required.
  • Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
