Key Responsibilities:- Advertise and market vacant apartments through various channels and websites.
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Show available units to prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits.
- Assist property managers in filling vacant units and achieving occupancy goals.
- Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team.
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to coordinate unit showings.
- Utilize Yardi software for leasing activities and record-keeping.
- Be adaptable, flexible, and patient in handling various leasing tasks.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in leasing (required).
- Proficiency in Yardi software is a must.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual - ability to speak Spanish preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work with multiple websites.
- Motivated and driven to contribute to personal and company growth.
- Experience working in a call center or customer-support role.
- Health insurance.
