Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Project Management and Timekeeping Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing small projects and overseeing the test and train work streams for medium to large projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage small projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
  • Timekeeping and Data Management: Monitor and audit timekeeping data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with field and functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Testing and Training: Support testing and training activities for projects and enhancements, ensuring a high level of data accuracy and compliance.
  • Interface Validation: Coordinate testing of projects with other applications and validate that interfaces meet company specifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues related to testing and training within each project, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on the business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other internal cross-functional analysts to ensure audits, testing, and training are accurate and meet the timeline and objectives.
  • System Stability: Collaborate with the Kronos IT Support Team to ensure system stability and timely implementation of new features, functionality, service packs, testing, and upgrades.
