Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Dietitian Nutritionist I to join our dynamic team at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond, LA.
About the Role:This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in nutrition and dietetics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nutrition care to patients, including assessments, diagnoses, and interventions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans using evidence-based practice and clinical research.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide nutrition education and support to patients and families.
- Stay current with scientific literature and best practices in nutrition and dietetics.
- Manage the nutrition care process, including comprehensive nutrition assessments and planning.
- Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
- Completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
- Eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) certification by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- State licensure and certification as required by state(s) of practice.
