Your role will involve supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and addressing patient concerns effectively.

Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery journey.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care, assist with direct patient needs, and provide guidance to staff on complex patient situations.

Qualifications include:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting within the last five years.
