Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse

About this role:
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a skilled Clinical Manager to lead our dialysis clinics. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining clinical operations. You will work closely with a collaborative team to develop and implement unique care plans for patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
- Partner with internal departments, including Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services.
- Collaborate with the Home Therapies Program Manager to oversee the facility's Home Therapies Program.
- Ensure integrity of medical and operations records and comply with data collections and auditing activities.
- Manage clinic financials, including efficient utilization of supplies and equipment.
- Responsible for network reporting and on-site state or federal surveys.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
- Current state licensure.
- 6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility.
- 12 months experience in clinical nursing.
- 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
