Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Surgery Partners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Care Specialist will be responsible for providing clinical patient care pre, intra, and post vascular procedure/surgery on a PRN basis. This includes obtaining clinical data, performing direct patient care, and documenting patient information. The successful candidate will also assist physicians in performing special procedures/surgery while closely monitoring the cardiac and physical status of the patient.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain clinical data, including physical assessment and vital sign monitoring
  • Perform direct patient care, including cardiac monitoring and documentation
  • Assist physicians in performing special procedures/surgery
  • Monitor patient cardiac and physical status
  • Provide excellent patient care and support
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN license
  • CPR certification
  • ACLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical practice in ICU, ER, Cath Lab, PACU, OR, or Interventional Radiology
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual - Spanish speaking a plus
  • Ability to work 1-2 days/week
